  • Great place to live! Staff is always friendly and gets back to you! Quiet location out of the city but still close to town. I've been here over a year and I love it. It's not like having an apartment, it's more like a home. The extra space in the basement is a huge bonus. I've only had one maintenance issue come up and it was resolved promptly. It can be hot upstairs during the summer months, I had to keep the central air on plus fans to circulate the air. Having access to the pool is also a huge benefit as well as the small playground for kids that live on site. I definitely recommend Heritage Hills to anyone.
