  • District Flats is the best apartment experience that I have had in Charlotte! The entire staff from office to maintenance are helpful and friendly, it's in the perfect location and the amenities are great. Anything that I need is quickly taken care of and the property is clean and well kept. The dog park is great, the pool is large (and always in the sun which is a plus) and the gym is well equipped. The location in South End is also a huge plus. You are within walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shops and whatever else you may need. I would highly recommend District Flats if you're looking for a new home in Charlotte. :)
