Cheap, fast and consistent. I frequent Vienna whenever I'm in the area and in a rush.
The soup noodles are nothing to write about, but other baked or stir fry dishes have always been consistent. For the price of $5.99 or cheaper I could leave with my stomach full. You have the option to bundle up your meal to a combo which includes a drink, bread, as well as the soup of the day.
I've never bought anything from their bakery, but they've recently renovated the whole restaurant so that it's much bigger.
I would say Vienna comes second to Phoenix Cafe in terms of HK style meals. Nevertheless, still a fan!
