Solid Thai place for Charlotte. (Again, graded slightly on a curve because it's Charlotte.)
We tried:
Papaya Salad - Definite standout. Loved the mix of tangy flavors and crunchy papaya and everyone who tried it gave a thumbs up as well. (Also they were able to make it non-spicy upon request, which I loved because usually I love papaya salad, but can't eat too much because of the spice).
Summer Roll - Solid rendition, and better executed than the one at Be's. It's got a better a balance of ingredients inside the roll and the sauce on the side ads a nice bit of flavor.
Pad Thai - Found this to be too gloopy and sweet and it was definitely the least favorite dish at the table.
Among the other noodles, I honestly couldn't tell what they were but I think we ordered a few different versions of pad see ew / pad kee mow (wide noodle dishes). The seafood version was actually quite good, and if you like spice, ask them for Thai level spice and they will deliver.
In general wasn't super impressed by the mains, but would come back just for the appetizers.
