  • I was looking for a place to get a last minute pedicure at and discovered this place was conveniently open until 9, so I called to see if I can make an appointment for a pedicure when I got off work at 7:30. I was told by the man on the phone that 7:30 was fine. I arrive at that time, was told to take a seat. After ten minutes of waiting, a lady tells me that it'll be another 20 minutes before I'm helped... I go "oh no I had a 7:30 appointment," thinking maybe she mixed me up with a walk-in. Nope. She just goes "Yeah... Still 20 minutes." So I got up and left. No explanation as to why they were so behind, if they told me they were short staffed or something happened then I would have been more understanding. But they just left it at that and I went somewhere else that honors their appointments the next morning. Only reason why I gave them two stars instead of one was because of their convenient hours.
