  • I Received a bottle of Christian Dior Addict (blue bottle) for Christmas. Unfortunately, my mom made the mistake of buying it at ULTA. They made it SOO inconvenient for their customers who receive gifts from this place. Its no wonder why I never shop here. Listen to the hoops I jumped through for NOTHING. So I bring the UNOPENED perfume to see if they had the one I wanted (pink bottle). They didn't have the display but there was a box with pink on it but it was the smaller bottle. Which is not what I wanted. I asked the cashier if she could call another ULTA she did, and they didn't have it. She then offered to see if it would be on the truck for Saturdays shipment. it wasn't. So, I told her I didn't want it. She said i had to wait for the manager because she cant do returns because shes new. So i waited. The manager asks if i have the receipt. i say no, IT WAS A GIFT. She said she needs the receipt. Ok, understandable. So I leave, go get the receipt from my mom. Drive back, wait in line. She asks if i have the debit card that was used to pay for it. I SAID NO, IT WAS A GIFT FROM MY MOM, SHE USED HER CARD. She said, she cant do anything without the card that was used. SERIOUSLY ? YOU COULDN'T TELL ME THAT BEFORE?!! OK FINE...LEFT, DROVE BACK TO MY MOMS...I ask for my moms card. DRIVE BACK. WAIT IN LINE AGAIN. I give her the perfume, the receipt, the freaking gift robe that came with it and she tells me that she will credit it back to the card. I tell her it was paid by DEBIT. I WANT THE CASH BACK SO I CAN BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE CASH WAS DEBITED THE SAME DAY. She said she understood but they don't give cash back. NO WHERE ON THEIR RECEIPT DOES IT SAY NO CASH REFUNDS. SO I LEFT, NO PERFUME & NO CASH TO PURCHASE IT ELSEWHERE & ANNOYED I HAD TO DEAL WITH THEIR INCOMPETENCY... I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN, AND I WILL TELL OTHERS TO DO THE SAME BECAUSE YOUR RETURN POLICY IS INCONVENIENT & YOUR MANAGER SHOULD'VE TOLD ME FROM THE BEGINNING WHAT I NEEDED AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE I MADE TWO UNNECESSARY TRIPS.
