| - I was severely disappointed with the co-owner's, Michael Kane, lack of customer service. My initial interaction with the company was pleasant. Adam, a technician there was extremely courteous and professional. I contacted the store and made inquiry regarding a cracked screen An employee, Adam, quoted me a price and informed me that it would take 3-4 days for the parts to arrive. Once the parts arrived, Adam informed me, and I dropped my phone off that day, Monday, for repair. Thereafter, I received an email from Adam, an employee of the company that the screen was defective. Thus, another screen needed to be ordered and it would take an additional 3-4 days to receive the parts. I inquired as to whether I should pick up my phone and I was told to leave the phone there since the phone was already disassembled. I asked if I would receive an additional discount because of the added delay. Adam was extremely gracious and professional throughout this entire process and stated that offering discounts was out of his purview. I was then directed to contact Michael via email. In my initial email exchange with Michael, I provided my phone numbers so that we could speak directly. After numerous back and forth emails, Michael refused to offer an additional discount and threw his employee under the bus regarding the initial price quote. Additionally, after my phone was repaired, Michael stated he would rather hand me back my phone in its broken state. If you do decide to use this company for services, you better pray that there isn't any shipping delays or added inconveniences because you will not receive any accommodations from the owner.
