  • Would not work with me when I needed to get my dog a surgery for cancer. They would not even give me a ballpark estimate without me spending money on an appointment. I'm on a fixed income and can not afford a bunch of vet visits just to get an idea if I can even afford to keep my dog alive. These people are only in it for the money. Don't buy the lie that they care about the animals. They do not. Evidently here in Cleveland, only pet owners with a lot of money can keep their pets healthy and alive. Evil people. They COULD, however, quote me how much to put her down. I'm bi-polar and she's the reason I get up and these people would not even quote me to keep her alive.
