  • Mint is a horrible place and they shouldn't be in business. They insist you pay in full before your appointment (which is ridiculous). Then they pretend they can't give refunds. They are rude and they are greedy. I was on the phone trying to book a facial, the woman asked for my cc number and said she had to process the cost before I came in, I asked why. She said that it deterred people from missing their appointments (thanks for treating your customers like shitty children). I reluctantly said sure. Then I asked where they were located. She said Liberty Village. Now for very personal reasons I don't go to Liberty Village. I immediately said I needed to cancel. She said "sorry I already processed it." I said, "but i'm still on the phone with you! Please reverse the charge!" She refused, said they couldn't (bullshit) and told me there was nothing they could do and that maybe i should just give the appointment to someone i knew. Excuse me? Ya sure i'll just throw someone a $250 facial cause you guys are crooks! No. I begged her. I tried to explain it was a personal shitty reason that I didn't want to go into Liberty Village. She didn't care and she was SO rude. Do not go there! They don't deserve your money.
