  • Several customers, including myself, were VERY offended by Ana blocking the checkout lines and making us go to the HUGE self checkout lines and immediately after letting people who came up after we did proceed to the normal check out lines. Wouldn't she be a better asset actually being at a cash register herself instead of playing goalie for people she doesn't want in her lines? We felt it was extremely unprofessional. If that's her job she is a huge waste of money.
