  • DO NOT GO HERE!!! LMarie's has the RUDEST employees and owner I have ever met. I have never been treated as poorly as I have then when I showed up to their establishment. I made a facial appointment a month ago which was a process in itself since they NEVER answer their phone. A few weeks later I called to try to reschedule my time. Of course they didn't answered and never got back to me so I assumed my appointment was ok. Then the day before my appointment I received an email to confirm my appt for the following day, which I did. I show up the day of and they tell me they don't have me down because I called to cancel. Cancel?! No I called to reschedule my time and NOBODY got back to me. The owner, who is AWFUL, gets involved and says that because I called to cancel they took me off the schedule so I would have to wait one hour. I repeated multiple times that if this was true, which it is not, why would I receive an email to confirm my appt the day before? Instead of answering me, her and her very rude employees proceeded to laugh in my face and pretend like I wasn't even there. Worst customer service ever! These women are disgusting and I hope nobody wastes their time at their business again!!
