Susan, Susan, and Shane all treated me very well. I rolled my ankle prior to arriving at the airport. My flight ended up being delayed and I complained to the gate attendant that I would have went to an urgent care outside of the airport if I had been notified of the delay. He informed me that there was an urgent care on site at the airport and I had someone take me over in a wheelchair. I was seen immediately after going through paperwork with Susan, at the front desk. Shane and Susan H. took absolute care of me and asked all the necessary questions that they needed to. Shane took x-rays of my ankle and foot to ensure there were no fractures. I was extremely satisfied with their level of care administered and thankful I was able to get it taken care of before my departure. I am now on the road to recovery and I am glad the team at Code 3 was the start of it.
