The only reason I have gone here is because it's close to work and home. However, it's NEVER busy when I have gone in, yet my smoothie still takes 10 minutes to make. Last time I went, I was late back to work as a result.
The location is good - it's in a nice center near Taco Bell. However, employees aren't real friendly to customers and you feel as if you more of a nuisance purchasing a smoothie rather than helping the business. Employees don't greet you, and yet they have a tip jar? I'm not tipping for some crappy service!
My smoothie is good, after my last experience (where I forgot to show the app for the points and I realized after I paid. The lady told me "oh well" and there was nothing she could do, but made me feel like it was more my fault!) I won't be going back. When I asked for splenda in my smoothie as opposed to Turbinado, it was a big deal as well. When I thought my smoothie was done... it wasn't mine but the managers?! So i waited for 10 minutes for a smoothie I purchased even though I was the only person in the store!!! I would much rather drive to Tropical Smoothie Cafe on 215 and Cheyenne where the employees are much friendlier (and deserve a tip!), it's open 24 hours, and they have a more efficient rewards system.
