So there is a house with a Service Star Realty sign on it for rent. I call the phone number on the sign and it is a canned message stating I can view the property myself when I register with a credit card blah blah blah. Whatever. I put in the info for the house I want to view and the canned recording tells me that property is not in their records. Hello. I'm in front of the property and it has a lockbox and a big white sign in the front yard, hence, it does exist. Well I guess they have no interest in actually renting this property because the recording does not give you the option to speak to a real, live human. It just keeps repeating an erroneous message. Ridiculous. I feel bad for the homeowner who is paying for this service, namely, renting their house out in a timely manner, because it is apparently impossible as a prospective renter to even view the property.
