  • My experience at this particular store was terrible. I went in months ago to start looking at tux options for my wedding. Some young man named "Dakota" helped me out, made some suggestions and got my order going. I went back in in March which was 2 months before the wedding to find out what a mess things were. Apparently Dakota had been fired for making more messes like my own. Some of my orders had bow ties, some neck ties, wrong colors on everything, it was a mess. A young woman named Jennifer took the time and had the patience to fix everything for me. So I thought. 2 days before the wedding, my vest fit like a corset, my fathers tux was sent to Reno, my pocket squares were the wrong color, my son had the wrong colored vest, best man had high waters and the list goes on. Needless to say when wedding day came I gave up. They still couldn't get things right. I don't recommend this store at all.
