  • I was looking to get my annual eye exam this year and decided to do a search to find something different than what I've used in the past. Upon looking I found Innovative Eye Care and all of the five star reviews. I can tell you this, the reviews are warranted. I really enjoyed working with the friendly staff, who all seem to be very knowledgeable. I also enjoyed the more advanced technology and methods that they used compared to some other places I have been. It felt like they were extremely well versed in both the tried and true methods of optometry as well as newer/more advanced methods. Dr. Mumford is extremely knowledgeable and has a great calming demeanor about her. I felt extremely at ease throughout the entire exam and I felt like it was important to her that I understood exactly what she was doing, why she was doing it, and why it was important. Bessie, their contact lens technician, was a real trooper... Being this was the first time I have really tried to wear contacts I was having quite some difficulty getting used to putting them in and taking them out. She help me for seemingly forever to make sure I stay calm and continually gave me tips to help me learn how to use my contacts. There's no way I would have got as far as I did without her. In closing, if you are looking for a far superior experience and overall customer service is important to you then this is by far your first choice.
