  • Good service company, It was easy to signup for their snow-removal services, as I was looking for a company 'last minute' this winter season, it only took a msg on Yelp, a representative called me right away to discuss details. Their business model is different, they basically sign up a client on a day-to-day bases, no contracts or terms required. Based on the house size, a price $$ per visit is set. In a snowy day, at 2 inches or higher, this company sends out your "job" with your address details to different companies/vendors they deal with. Depending on availability and interested, a vendor would accept this "job" and simply shows up and complete the snow removal at your house! All this is communicated via automated text messaging, advising you that your job has been assigned, accepted and completed. BRILLIANT model! Pros: * Very easy to signup, one phone call and the snow removal company showed up within few hours. * Day-to-day charge, so you don't have to deal with a big $$ payment right at the start. * Convenience of charging your credit card, automatically AFTER the job has been completed * You're fully updated by the process of the job, as in (assigned, accepted, completed) * You don't have to worry about calling them every time it snows, you're automatically enrolled. For cancelation, you have to call and cancel your service. Cons: * Since the vendor completing your snow removal assigned can be a different company each time depending on who's available and who's accepting your job, the quality changes accordingly based on that. Sometimes you get a perfect A+ job, while some other days you get a mediocre/bad job done. * If we get a bad winter season with a lot of snowy days, this service would get a little expensive and might be a better shot to go with a contractor.
