  • I don't normally give 5 stars. It is extremely hard to get 5 stars from me here. However, Chris is deserving of every one of them. The evening that he became our agent was the day our agent told us he can't show us a house, and we would have to wait for him to come back into town. This same agent told me the houses get snatched up the same day. So, that didn't work for us. Chris took our call at 8:30pm that evening and took us to see the house. He arranged a bid that night and had a finance person call us and get the ball moving. We were out bid by a cash offer on this, but this was the beginning of an awesome relationship. Chris asked us what was important to us in a home. What made a house a home? Then he came up with homes in the area we wished to stay in. Not once did he ever leave us feeling like why is he even showing us this house? However, there were owners that did fudge the truth on what their home was offering. We had seen about 10 homes when we came across "The One." It had been on the market less than 12 hours when we saw it. We thought it was too good to be true and had Chris bid on it immediately. Chris gave us his thoughts on how we could beat the other offers that may come up. The question was how bad did we want the house. We took Chris' advice and outbid everyone. When we moved in he laid out a red carpet and had wine for the adults and sparkling cider for the kids. Chris still checks in and makes sure every thing is ok with the house. I actually was looking for a person to help mark property lines before the house next door sells. He has offered to help find someone. This is the kind of person Chris is. He is kind and caring. He goes above and beyond what is asked . This makes him a great realtor and friend. We are going to purchase another property in the future. He is and forever will be our guy!
