  • I have been here before but this was the worst. First a standard gel pedicure took over an hour. The woman put the callous remover on my foot but she had it on her glove so she got it on the top of my foot and burned my foot. She cut my toe when trimming the cuticle. Then the color I picked was not the color she brought me. I picked an alternate color bit the way she put it on its 5 shaded lighter than the color and one foot is significantly lighter than the other. It's horrible I have to go get it fixed somewhere else. They offered to fix it but being burned and cut and running late for my next appointment I declined and they still made me pay full price.
