I bought a Groupon for the duct cleaning and several months ago I had a technician come out to do the cleaning but he found mold and the cost was going to be $650 to get them cleaned out. I waited several months and I still got the same price. Originally I thought I might have had bad service because he only went through one vent but my neighbor who also used their service came over and checked all the vents and they were all spotless and free of mold and leaves which were in my vents. I appreciate how elad offered to come back to my house to re do the work because I was concerned he only went through one vent but they were all clean. I do caution that elad does great work but might not be the best at giving written estimates so if you wait get a paper estimate so there is no misunderstanding over price. Also if you get the Groupon it doesn't cover mold cleaning so don't get upset about sticker shock if the price is more. Apparently Groupon limits merchants on how much content they can put in the ads. If you have ever had ducts cleaned before you will probably know this. I live in San Francisco in a very old house with no heating or air ducts so the whole process was new for me in a place like Phoenix with newer home construction that have hvac systems. Elad' s work is outstanding.
