  • I grew up having Dunkin Donuts on almost every single street in Rhode Island. By far the worst one I've ever encountered. The manager was blasting more hip hop and rap music then a family oriented station and she was on her phone prior going back to the drive thru for another costumer. I wouldn't be surprised if this particular location got robbed due to lack of acknowledgment to walking in costumers. The Asian cashier was the only worker making an effort at this particular location to make them better. I'm disgusted that the manager would go to the establishment next door to gossip over restock the franchise or take out the fill trash can nearby the entrance. I ordered to medium iced coffees through their new to go apps and I strongly believed the manager gave my order to the establishment next door because we weren't on their time for a pick up. Dunkin Donuts doesn't pay her to play with her fingers and I'm more then confident she's one of the few in Vegas expecting a raise for $15. Puntaaa it ain't going to happen. She needs a stern hand from regional manager for termination. Once they fire her and start from square one for rebranding the South Rainbow Blvd then I can see improvement til then the worst I've ever encountered.
