  • After waiting two and a half hours past my appointment time, with no explanation, they led me back to the finance office and begin to explain to me what I would have to pay up front. At no time did anyone, ever, look at my teeth. Once they told me that they were unwilling to even bill my insurance, I left. If this is the way they treat a new patient, I don't even want to know how they treat their current patients. I did not find this office clean, nor professional. I did not find the staff welcoming or even kind. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, ever. I got the impression that they deal mostly with people who do not have insurance at all. What absolutely blew me out of the water, though, was discussing how much I would have to pay before they even knew what I needed done. Why would they ask for money up front and have me bill my own insurance? I'm not a claims adjuster! That is their job. After reading the reviews of the poor people who actually did get their teeth worked on here, I concur, stay away!
