| - This was my first time trying Argentinian food, and let me tell you, wow!! I chose the deconstructed chicken sandwich and my boyfriend had the steak burger. We both really enjoyed our meats (served hot and cooked perfectly), as well as a side of baked cauliflower, which was delicious. The best part about Gaucho is definitely the sauces, though. They have four different sauces you can choose from, and we had a hard time picking which was our favorite (so we used them all, of course)! Additionally, the restaurant is BYOB, with no corkage fee which is a plus. The only downside was the wait to get in, since they dont take reservations. There was a steady line out the door the entire time we were there (from about 6 PM - 8 PM). The food is definitely worth the wait, and I cant wait to get back there to try out some of the other stuff on the menu.
