  • Unfortunately, Gelatology wasn't opened yet during our recent trip to Vegas. So we were looking for an alternative ice cream or gelato place. Gelato Bar was an excellent choice. Excellent flavors. We had the hazelnut, the biscotti, and the cheesecake. All were heaven. Well balance with clean flavors. Nothing overwhelming or off. Divine. A very friendly woman working behind the counter who kept offering samples and help until we located the flavors we wanted. Parking may be the only challenge, but there is parking BEHIND the long strip of businesses along Spring Mountain (enter while southbound on Valley View).
