  • I was visiting Pittsburgh for work and really needed a gel manicure. If I wasn't in desperate need I would have left here so fast. I called and asked how much the gel manicure was. She said $28. I got there and she started to take the gel polish off my nails. After she had already removed polish from THREE NAILS she informed me that it's actually going to be $35 because they charge $7 to remove gel polish!!! WHAT THE HELL! I have NEVER heard of a salon that charges you to remove gel polish even if you're paying them for a gel manicure which isn't cheap in the first place!!! She rushed through my manicure, one of the other reviews was correct the nail utensils don't look the cleanest they keep them in individual DUSTY looking boxes.. They don't even do the hand and arm massage with manicures like they do at every other salon. I gave them 2 stars because the lady was polite and my manicure turned out ok but DEFINITELY not a $35 experience
