  • I have horrible luck and happened to drop my work laptop and crack the screen while I was visiting my parents in Vegas. This was on a Sunday evening and I was traveling first thing Tuesday morning to client site for work. I took my laptop into OutletPC's sister company (Gadget something?) initially and the associate was understanding about the urgency and made some calls to see if they had the replacement part. I ended up speaking with Jonas, one of the owners, and he let me know that the part I needed was not standard and that they would check their warehouses that night. He called me back after hours to let me know they found the part and that I could pick up my laptop the next morning! Overall, I was super impressed with the customer service I received. I expected to get gouged on pricing due to the urgency and that didn't happen, so I was even more surprised. I am absolutely going to recommend this place to family and friends if they have any computer issues in the future! Thanks for saving my ass OutletPC!!
