  • I've been a customer for over 5 years finally wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 8 so I went in on Thursday Sept 21 to pre order it - Cedric promised it'll be in on Mon Sept 25 & also said if it wasn't he would personally call his customers to let them know - he also asked if I wanted blue tooth speaker or the beats by Dre which I didn't want either if it wasn't free I kept asking how much it'll be and he just said you'll see - he ended up added it to my monthly bill which still meant I had to pay for it when I never wanted it to begin with. Monday came then Tuesday came and finally Wednesday I called up there to see where my pre order iPhone was - he said he will call me back in 5 minutes and never did. I finally went up to the store on Friday Sept 29 to check and spoke with Sebastian who said it wasn't in and might be in on Monday Oct 2. Everyone else that pre ordered this phone to their house has had it arrive to their door step already - I called Monday night and a rep said they will get the manager to call back with the tracking number and see what's up with it. The manager never called and today is Oct 3 and I call up there - manager isn't there so Cedric tried to look up tracking number and says it's at the warehouse and hasn't shipped yet. I said since it's pre ordered almost two weeks ago can you expedite the order? He says no that's a different department and they won't be able to expedite it? But he also said I had an option to cancel it if I want. This is how you save customers that have been with you a long time? He was the rep that convinced me to pre order because you're guaranteed your color and it comes quick and now it seems like he is just ready for me to cancel my order and service instead of helping me. This is very bad customer service. I just wanted my pre ordered iPhone 8.
