  • We have been loyal kidville members for years now. A couple months back they changed up their management team and it's not for the better! I've brought both my kids here for years and more recently it's been nothing but a headache from late night phone calls regarding their billing mistakes, changes in their code of conduct, unprofessionalism and to ice the cake the new mayor/GM Lisa has sat in on multiple classes and her scent of cigarettes is offensive to me and my child. We are leaving for sure and I'm sad about that.
