  • What cannot you not like about Bertha's? The people working there are so wonderful, friendly, and helpful. You can definitely tell they've created a home-like atmosphere in the place with regulars that they chat with. I came for lunch for the first time with one of those regulars and felt so welcomed. Love, love, love the tuna sandwich. Who would have thought to put apples in tuna but the combination with so great. They add just the right amount of crunch to what could be an otherwise a soggy tuna sandwich. I've ordered a side of the potato salad both times just because I love it so much. Has dill in it so if you don't like dill you may not care for this one. And it is mayo based so creamy and good. I have now been a few times and although I can be a creature of habit and now always go for the tuna, others I've been with have had the chicken curry wrap, Thai chicken wrap, Caesar salad, harvest salad, and turkey sandwich...all of which have reports of being excellent. And I know that the regular I went with also eats breakfast here on a regular basis and has nothing but great things to report. Enjoy!
