  • It was the towards the end of the night at First Friday- January 7, 2011, and the lady (an owner?) set up in one of the galleries, was nice enough to give us her little bouquets- yellow (for my two friends) and lavender (for me) colored with a beautiful ribbon tie- she said she didn't want to pack it up; she just wanted us to "friend" them on facebook (trying to reach 1000 followers). They were simple, but beautiful arrangements and we kept getting compliments on them as we were walking inside the galleries. I placed it in a mug with water and it lasted a while on our dining table.
