I I came to Verizon with a very complex problem concerning my I phone 6 . I was ready to toss my phone in the garbage when I went to Verizon with my problems. Previous to this, I had spent 4 hours at the Apple Store and received no helpful information. Verizon's manager, Jeff Zitsch,spent several hours with me and , because of his endurance and expertise, found the answer to rectify the. situation ! I Am truly indebted to him!!! Chris Keating, RN
