Are you kidding me? $17.00 for a 1/2 pound of mediocre brisket? Rick do what you do best. Taking advantage of people when there down and out. That is your calling. Your good at that. Get out of the restaurant business. I am not going to explain all of the nuances it takes to be successful in the restaurant business. You don't have the capacity or the time to learn them.
