  • This is quite possibly one of the worse Tim Horton's I have ever encountered. The management is terrible, the employee distribution is ridiculous and they always get my order wrong! I like to walk-in instead of using the drive-thru if I have a larger order and don't want to waste people's time in the drive-thru lane. There are 2 cash registers and most of the time there are 2 people manning them, sometimes there is only 1 when it is a particularly dull time. But when looking over at the drive-thru area, what you see is 6 people standing around "helping" drive-thru. Is it really necessary for that many people to help out in the drive-thru? And if there are so many people for that, why is there still a line-up for the drive-thru? But the BEST part is, if there is a line-up INSIDE and only one cash register is being manned, not ONE of those 6 employees from drive-thru will bother to walk over and help out on the other cash! YES, that is how a business should be run. Every time I open my coffee, it tastes bitter, the reason? Oh just because they couldn't be bothered to stir my sugar through the coffee so it just sits in a huge lump at the bottom. And how hard is it to hear double-double with MILK. Cream makes me gag and I can tell right away just by looking that it's cream not milk, so get it right. When going back to inform the employee that they had gotten my order wrong, it seems that I had interrupted their fun time and given them a daunting task. I can't believe I actually come back to this location, possibly because it's the closest to my house but I have since cut coffee out of my system and feel no need to go back...EVER!
