  • Just had our home cleaned, 6 rooms and the staircase. The original quote was lower then was the total cost ended up being, but the carpets looked great. My complaint, I went into our Master bedroom and found our nightstand drawers OPEN. Why would carpet cleaners need to open nightstand drawers to clean the carpet?? They don't!!! They have no business going into drawers!!! I will not be using this company in the future. What other things were they going through while they were suppose to be cleaning carpets!! I have left a voicemail for the owner and am curious if I will even get a return call!! So angry right now!!
