  • Average gym. Nice (enough) locker rooms and equipment as well as 2 very nice swimming pools. Class instructors for the most part are good. The maintenance of this facility has definitely slipped, though. This is evident in the restrooms, lockers, as well as the audio and outside aquatics equipment. Lifetime is more expensive than similar gyms, but it's close to my home. Many of my friends (who shared similar complaints) have opted to go elsewhere. I recently completed a club survey and received a very condescending response from a local staff member. She basically told me she was happy I could find more customer-friendly class schedules elsewhere. I just don't think the staff cares much about member retention. For $60 a month, most people would expect more.
