  • A good friend just moved to Las Vegas and she asked me to help her pack a rental truck from Home Depot and to drive it to Las Vegas while she drive her car. After driving 400 miles and unloading the truck, it was time to return it. When I drove into the Storage One facility, I was greeted my Lito and called by name. When I asked how he knew who I was, he proudly stated that he reviewed the expected returns for each day, and that we were expected. I was impressed to meet such a proactive, polite and professional young man. He inspected the truck and patiently answered all of our questions and went over our bill with us ( we had a zero balance).. I am so impressed with Lito's excellent customer service that I just had to share my experience. Thank you Lito, I am glad to have met you and it as a pleasure doing business with you.
