rev:text	I had contacted California Auto Glass almost a month ago while I was gathering quotes for some glass pieces I needed replaced in a classic vehicle. The gentleman I spoke with gave me fair pricing, including telling me he can custom cut a tail gate glass piece that's hard to find. I thought wow, I am definitely going with this company. About a week later, I needed to get the vehicles glass repaired same day since my husbands car was in the shop. I called them in the morning at about 8:30 am, the gentleman I spoke to seemed a bit clueless and said he would call back in 15 mins when he looked it up. I waited an hour with no call so I called back and this time I got a woman who told me, I cant find your vehicle in our system, we must not have the glass for it. I told her someone was about to give me a quote about a week ago and then all of a sudden she was able to find it. She said she would call me back in about 30 mins, so I waited and no call back. I called back in an hour and she said something about waiting for her husband and that he would be back in 30 mins. I asked her if theres any possibility that can be done same day, for at least the windshield install, she said definitely. I called back about an hour and a half later and she said she was still waiting, and told me to basically stop calling, that they would call me back. At that point the day was almost half over, so I started calling other places, found a place that was a little more expensive, but could be there in 45 mins. I went with that company. I never got that call back from California Auto Glass.......
