  • I dropped off my car for an oil change at 1pm and was told it would be done in 2 hours. My car wasn't ready till 5:45pm, 15 minutes before the Service department closed. No one apologized nor offered a discount. I shouldn't have even paid for the oil change at that point. Never coming here again. Wish there were an option for no stars at all.
