  • Thrilled beyond belief! Exemplary personalized service. Unbelievable response times compared to other providers in the industry. Easy to use and creative solutions are always at hand. Out practice is a busy 7 physician practice that has recently switched from a clunky hard to use system over to American Medical Solutions and Helios. As an owner in the practice and the partner tasked with vetting companies I found the process with AMS to be be stellar from the first interaction. The system is affordable and very customizable which is almost unheard of in the electronic medical record space. The staff is superb, friendly and responsive. The owner knows his market and his system like none other. He has created solutions to some of our most troublesome issues in the past and he is always patient with us when we ask tough questions or more importantly ones that are obvious to him. The system itself is heads and tails above the 7 others I looked at and our transition has been painless thus far. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with every aspect of our experience and I highly recommend anyone considering an electronic medical record system take a long look at this one.
