  • Office staff is not sensitive to patient's choices in care and are disrespectful. As I waited in the exam room, I could clearly hear staff talking badly about me in the hall outside the door. I was horrified and almost stormed out. I should have. It was completely unprofessional. Also, if I could hear them talking in the hall, then so could other patients. I felt violated. This visit was at the Mesa location.
