  • First time attendee and wow, waiting an hour and a half to get in to buy the tickets was insane in the 99 degree heat and direct sun. let us know it's going to be outdoors so we can bring water. Others attending said they have never waited in the past so that's too bad. Couldn't order online and print our own tickets in the week before - why the will call? Have this all prepared ahead of time like a race if we need to wear the wrist bands and have teams ready to pass them out. Confusing inside with so many people in line for the freebies & didn't get to half the booths. it was hard to walk through AND be able to watch the events. there were just too many people. Not sure what the pole dancing was all about - never saw that at the gym... Lots to do to be better for next year!
