  • Very poor customer service. An duty manager named Heather was totally rude essentially told me she did not care if I have been a customer for over 15years. I called corporate office and talked to a guy named Rob who listened to and said would Mr back. He never returned a call. This type of customer service will destroy them. They used to go out of the way for customer service and now they just plain don't care. Frys gained a new customer
