  • Well, I have live in a 2 BR, 2 bath for about 6 months. Not really sure what the poor and cheap design comments are all about. For the price and the location, I could not find anything in Madison to compare. Love the underground parking. My apartment is all windows with a wrap around deck overlooking the lake. One bath comes with a large stand up shower while the other has a bath/shower combo. Both good size. Nice kitchen island so I do not need a kitchen/dining room set. Just put stools around the island. Unusual layouts, which I also like. Maintenance quick to respond. Neighbors friendly. Lots of dogs. I have not seen any small children. Summer is beautiful with the rooftop and second floor decks. My only issue would be the lease terms which say you can put a satellite (Direct TV) on the deck if it does not extend over the rail with property management approval. However the property manager says she will never approve it? Only other option is to get VERY expensive ATT. I am paying about $180 per month That alone may be a deal breaker when it is time to renew. Why put it in the lease if it is NOT an option. The only other problem is that I just received a notice asking me to decide if I plan to renew my lease. I have 6 months left on my current lease so I plan to ignore it until I need to inform them per the lease terms. Just thought that was kind of odd.
