  • -.5 Star: Their lines are redonkulous. -.5 Star: They ask you what you want when you are nowhere near the menu (not all of us are hardcore regulars...). -.5 Star: Diabetus in a cup. I am not a skinny woman. I am not an overly healthy eating woman. But I would be a blood sugar shock woman if i ordered at this place regularly. I can only do a small coffee due to the extreme sugar content, and that is after I have them ease off it and use more coffee than sweeteners. Jeez. -.5 Star: All of the pastries are not only uber-sugary but not that great tasting in general. The only thing I used to be able to snack on here was the lemon poppyseed muffin top. All the new bakery items - ugh. TOTAL: 3 Stars I live within walking distance so about once a quarter or less we might hit this place. I'm glad it helps keep Uptown lively but I'd rather hit Lux or Urban Beans for a coffee.
