  • Had my roof done about a year ago. Pricing was very competitive and the overall quality of the work was good. There was some lack of attention to detail that required me to hold payment till they made the corrections. Had a roof lead after the installation. It took four (4) visits for the guys to fined it but finally they did. Mike the sales guy does a good job selling you a new roof. But after the fact service, returning phone calls, following up and or keeping in contact with you he is horrible. I was so frustrated with Mike that I asked for one of the owners to call me. They never did. Overall Conclusion; - Good job on workmanship - Horrible job on customer service, communication and follow up Would I use them again... I have recommended HR Roofing to a friend but I did make him aware of the short coming of Mike and Ownership.
