  • We are three years in with our sofa purchase and are very disappointed with the over quality, finish, and customer service. The majority of the legs(plastic) have literally blown apart. We have cardboard under the screws where the legs used to be.. The stitching is coming apart behind one of the cushions and the batting is starting to come out. I called and the gentleman I spoke with said they only cover stains to the fabric, nothing else. I guess you get what you pay for... please spend a few extra dollars and buy a sofa from a legitimate manufacturer. Avoid Las Vegas Sofa Factory!!!!
