We stayed a night at this boutique hotel during the winter. As our first experience at at a "boutique", we weren't quite sure what to expect.
This is what we found: superb customer service, very comfortable, luxurious rooms, a cozy bar on the first floor where guests seemed to congregate and the bartender took part in the conversations and encouraged camaraderie.
The location is excellent; we walked to the Crawford Auto Museum, the Western Historical Society and the Botanical Gardens. Since we were attending a business function, we didn't have to pay, so I can't really comment on price versus quality. I do know, however, that I would highly recommend the inn to others!
