Update. Family came in town to treat me to a new piece of furniture. In California they love Living Spaces. Reasonable prices and great customer service. I told them my experience here in Vegas was completely different, but since I wasnt paying for the furniture, I go where they wanted to go. Well, my family saw exactly what I meant when I went to the Summerlin location. When I first went to Living Spaces my sales person was Jennifer who seemed be a nice person, but that nice person and good customer service act was clearly for her commission. I spent over 2k my first visit at LS and went through hell with delivery and this store knew about my review and the only person who apologize was the sales rep during today's visit. Not the sales manager and not Jennifer. As a matter of fact, Jennifer response was yelling by saying "Krystal it wasn't my fault!". Jennifer we do not know each other, we are not friends and i am not your "baby daddy". You respresent a company, thank God youre in operations, stay away from customers. If you want to buy at summerlin fine, just know you get whay you pay for, half a** service unless commission is involved. Get your furniture but dont expect Mercedes service with pinto attitudes with people who clearly dont like what they do for a living i.e. Jennifer.
