  • Me again, well, I have to say I have had my ups and downs in this place. But this last time I went was the final draw for me. So I go here about every 15 days and get a gel mani with a pedi, all together with tips and all it's usually about 65-70$. About two weeks ago I took my friend with me and the technicians were so extremely rude to us, one of them was a guy I didn't get his name the other was Vanessa. They wouldn't do anything like we asked and they would roll their eyes and show they are annoyed when we told them to fix what they messed up. They were talking in their language and it's so rude, they ended up doing an okay job on our nails and we ended up telling Elaine that they were rude to us and she just stood there and said well they have regular clients and nobody ever complained, and she didn't even care that we were complaining im like Elaine I come here every two weeks for the past 3 years almost and you're gonna allow your employees to do that to your customers. She was so obnoxious about it I'm so disappointed. I don't care if I can't find any other good salon in Vegas I won't go here ever again. The only person who was nice and knew how to give customer service was Kate and she left this dump so I want to try and find where she works now. If anyone knows where Kate works please let me know!
