  • These guys are scam artists. I was quoted $165 by Mike to get my spark plugs changed. When I went to drop my Jeep off this morning Kevin said there was nothing written up on it. After spending 15 minutes on his computer he said that there's no way they can honor that quote and it would cost me $364! The Jeep dealership quoted me $265 and I thought that was high which was why I shopped it around in the first place. Of course Mike wasn't there so I couldn't ask him why he just wasted 45 minutes of my time. These guys are pieces of s***. Do not use them unless you want to get ripped off. This was at the 4047 Desert Inn location. Unbelievable. Larry (owner), how do you explain this? (vril2150@yahoo.com)
